The username and password are case sensitive. Make sure to type them carefully.
Try using the 'clear cookie' button.
Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser.
Try clicking the 'sign in' button instead of hitting the enter key. On some browsers hitting enter doesn't seem to register the log-in.
If you are not sure you are typing your log in details correctly use the 'forgot password' button and the details will be emailed to you.
If you have tried all of these things then check if you had received a message notice and didn't log in to read it within 10 days. If you missed a message and have not been online for 10 days then your profile has been deleted and there is nothing we can do to revive it. It has been permanently erased. The only suggestion at that point would be to see who the message was from (you still have it in your regular email box, right?). You could then create a new profile and send the user a message explaining that your profile was deleted and thats why you couldn't reply earlier. This way at least you should be able to reply to the person who had sent you a message.

When you receive an email that says someone has sent you a message you have to log in and reply to the message within your mailbox. If you only reply to the email itself then your reply goes to the admin and not the person who sent you the message. In other words, the person you were trying to respond to does not get your reply. So please make sure to send replies through the site and not by email so your messages are received as you intended.
